La maison Zum Schwarzen Adler est un ancien établissement de brasserie situé au 9, Bäckerstraße à Kempten. Le bâtiment est classé monument historique.
L'établissement possédait le droit de brasserie, de distillation et de vente de vin. À l'arrière, se trouvait la brasserie. En 1889, l'aubergiste Franz Nussmann y fonda un négoce de matériaux de construction, et un an plus tard, la brasserie cessa ses activités. L'établissement a continué à fonctionner et a été loué à partir de 1920. En 1952, celui-ci a également été fermé. Aujourd'hui, dans le bâtiment protégé, avec sa structure de toit distinctive, se trouve le siège de l'association de la jeunesse de la ville.
