De Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta ofwel Basiliek van Aquileia is de kerk van Aquileia, Italië. De kerk dateert uit de 11e eeuw. De basiliek is vooral bekend om de vierde-eeuwse vroegchristelijke mozaïekvloer waarop ze is gebouwd.
De basiliek speelde een sleutelrol in het wel en wee van Aquiliea, welke ooit een van de grootste en rijkste steden van het vroeg-Romeinse rijk was, en waarbij de basiliek zelf de grootste en belangrijkste was in de vroegchristelijke wereld op die van Rome na.
