Het Wapack Trail is een van de oudste openbare, interstatelijke wandelpaden in de Verenigde Staten. Geopend in 1923, volgt het de Wapack Ridge van noord naar zuid over een afstand van 21 mijl (34 km), tussen Mount Watatic in Ashburnham, Massachusetts en North Pack Monadnock in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Het is voornamelijk bedoeld voor daggebruik door wandelaars, met minimale kampeervoorzieningen.
