Die St. Veiter Vorstadt ist der 5. Bezirk der Kärntner Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt am Wörthersee .Die St. Veiter Vorstadt liegt nördlich der Innenstadt Klagenfurts. Im Süden wird der Stadtteil vom St. Veiter Ring begrenzt. Im Westen verläuft die Grenze entlang der Linie Herbertstraße – Aichelburg-Labia-Straße – Grete-Bittner Straße bis zum Fluss Glan und im Norden entlang des Geländes des Klinikums Klagenfurt und ab der St. Veiter-Straße entlang der Glan sowie im Osten entlang der Pischeldorfer Straße.
