The building registered as a merchant's courtyard in the Quedlinburg monument register is located in the Westendorf district of Quedlinburg on the north side of Langen Gasse. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The street-facing two-story building of the property is plastered and extends along the street with nine axes. The front door is centrally located. The eastern gable is covered with shingles. The building is topped with a hipped roof. Overall, the structure presents itself as a residential building in the style of Classicism from around 1800. However, at its core, the structure is significantly older. The half-timbered parts date back to the 16th century, particularly a timber-framed ceiling with ship's keels. The staircase is organized around a Doric column. The original room layout was partially lost during renovations in 1997.
