The building complex, which is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as Ackerbürgerhof, is located in the Quedlinburg district of Westendorf in an important urban location east of the Schloßberg. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To the west is the house at Lange Gasse 21, which is also a listed building.
The buildings of the farm complex were built around 1800 around a narrow courtyard. The residential building is plastered on the street side. The profiled wooden frames of the windows are remarkable. The building complex is important as a well-preserved example of a farmstead of its construction.
