El Sanatorio de Tuberculosos de Sierra Espuña fue una institución sanitaria que asistía a pacientes afectados por tuberculosis en Sierra Espuña entre 1935 y 1962. El edificio que albergó la institución es propiedad del Consejo de Gobierno de la Región de Murcia y se encuentra en la pedanía de El Berro, dentro del término municipal de Alhama de Murcia, y el acceso al mismo se encuentra prohibido ante el alto riesgo de derrumbe.
