Rechthoekige kapel met driezijdige koorsluiting onder zadeldak (leien), met klokkeruiter, van 1636. Traditionele bak- en zandsteenbouw op afgeschuinde plint, witgeschilderde baksteenpartijen. Neogotische spitsboogvensters met metalen roedenverdeling. Voorgevel in zandsteenbouw met bakstenen top. Neogotische spitsboogdeur, daarboven zandstenen reliëf met voorstelling van Sint-Rochus, verder twee oculi in omlijsting van zandsteen.
