Het Domaine des Dryades biedt een nieuw menu voor het diner in het restaurant Grands Chênes. De chef combineert creativiteit en respect voor de producten door middel van een zachte keuken. Diep gehecht aan de lokale bodem, geeft hij de voorkeur aan korte circuits door te kiezen voor samenwerking met lokale producenten. Bij de samenstelling van het menu van het restaurant Les Grands Chênes wilde onze chef originaliteit verzoenen met de promotie van de lokale keuken en producten.
