Sint Pancras er en landsby i den nederlandske kommune Dijk en Waard, lige nordøst for byen Alkmaar i provinsen Noord-Holland, opkaldt efter den hellige Pancratius. Det er den ældste landsby i denne kommune. Det bliver også stavet som St. Pancras og Sint-Pancras. Sint Pancras var indtil 1990 en selvstændig kommune. Med kommunereformen den 1. oktober 1972 blev en del af Koedijk tilføjet til Sint Pancras. Den anden del af Koedijk var blevet en del af kommunen Alkmaar. Desuden blev den del, der ligger syd for jernbanelinjen Den Helder - Amsterdam, det lille samfund De Nollen, tilføjet til kommunen Alkmaar. Jernbanelinjen udgør stadig grænsen mellem Alkmaar og Sint Pancras.
