Long walk around the Naardermeer, the oldest protected nature reserve in the Netherlands. This was where Jac appeared. P. Thijsse in 1905 that turned a beautiful nature reserve into a landfill. This act was the reason for the establishment of Natuurmonumenten in 1906. The route can be soggy, so put on boots or sturdy shoes. In five places you have a view of the open water. You walk a large part between the grazing galloways.
