La zone franche du Pays de Gex est une zone franche douanière instaurée en 1815 sur le territoire français par le traité de Paris consécutif au Congrès de Vienne; elle se situe au nord-est du département de l'Ain, à la frontière avec la Suisse.
La zone franche du pays de Gex s'étend aujourd'hui depuis la ligne de crête du Jura jusqu'à la frontière du canton de Genève. Elle englobe les cantons de Gex et de Saint-Genis-Pouilly en totalité et celui de Thoiry, ainsi que Lélex et Mijoux, qui elles étaient intégrées à la zone franche avant 1923.
