Aquesta granja existia sens dubte al segle XVI.

El senyoriu de Coubrouck s'esmenta fins i tot al segle XII. En aquella època, diferents senyories tenien el poder en matèria administrativa. Els més importants van ser el Hof van Ruddervoorde, Coubrouck, den Houtschen i el senyoriu de Gentbrugge.

El senyoriu de Coubrouck es trobava al sud-est de l'església i era probablement el més antic , sortint d'un domini agrícola primerenc medieval (cf. Koebroekdreef).

Hi ha una porta d'entrada, una casa i un graner. Les muralles i els arbres vells mostren la grandesa d'abans.

Un calçó de vaca és una eslinga ampla per carregar bestiar.
