L'església de Sant Jaume de Barcelona és una seu parroquial de Barcelona, situada al carrer de Ferran, número 28, de Barcelona. Ocupa l'església de l'antic convent de la Trinitat, que havia estat exclaustrada el 1835. L'església actual era la del convent dels Trinitaris, antiga església de la Trinitat, del segle xiv. L'església de Sant Jaume estava a prop, a la Plaça de Sant Jaume, des dels temps de l'arribada del cristianisme a Barcelona. Quan aquesta església va ser enderrocada el 1823, va traslladar-se la titularitat i la parròquia a l'edifici de la Trinitat, on encara és avui. És una obra protegida com a Bé Cultural d'Interès Local.
