Der 2243 m ü. A. hohe Hundskopf, auch Walder Zunterkopf, ist der östlichste Felsgipfel der Gleirsch-Halltal-Kette im Karwendel in Tirol. Südlich des Hundskopfes liegt das Inntal, nach Norden hin fällt er mit einer steilen Felswand zum Vomper Loch hin ab.
Auf den Gipfel führen zwei Steige. Von der westlich des Gipfelaufbaus gelegenen Mannl-und-Weibele-Scharte ist der Gipfel über den Felix-Kuen-Klettersteig zu erreichen . Über den Ostgrat führt der ebenfalls teilweise versicherte und ausgesetzte Normalweg auf den Gipfel. Wegen seiner guten Erreichbarkeit von der Hinterhornalm aus wird der Gipfel relativ häufig besucht. Zur 1522 m ü. A. Meter hoch gelegenen Hinterhornalm kann man von Gnadenwald über eine Mautstraße zufahren.
