Die Pfarrkirche St. Nikolaus in der Oberstadt von Eupen in der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft Belgiens ist ein römisch-katholisches Kirchengebäude, das dem heiligen Nikolaus von Myra geweiht ist. Die heutige Kirche unweit des Marktplatzes mit ihren markanten Doppeltürmen gilt als eines der Wahrzeichen der Stadt und wurde von 1720 bis 1726 nach Plänen des Aachener Stadtbaumeisters Laurenz Mefferdatis im Stil der Renaissance errichtet. Die Innenausstattung wurde im Stile des Lütticher und Aachener Barocks gestaltet und besitzt als kostbarstes Kunstwerk einen von Johann Joseph Couven zwischen 1740 und 1744 entworfenen mächtigen Hochaltar. Seit den 1990er-Jahren gehört sie zum Pfarrverband Eupen-Kettenis im Dekanat 05 des Bistums Lüttich und seit 1939 steht sie unter Denkmalschutz.
