Die Fasanenstraße ist eine knapp zwei Kilometer lange Straße in der Berliner City-West im Bezirk Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. Ihren heutigen Namen trägt die Fasanenstraße seit 1901 zur Erinnerung an eine 1755 von König Friedrich II. angelegte Fasanerie am Ende des heutigen Verkehrswegs, die 1841 der Anlage des Zoologischen Gartens weichen musste und nach Potsdam verlegt wurde. Frühere Bezeichnungen der Straße lauteten Ringstraße II, Wolfenbütteler Straße und Gravelotter Straße.
Die Fasanenstraße führt geradlinig in nord-südlicher Richtung von der Müller-Breslau-Straße im Ortsteil Charlottenburg über Hardenbergstraße, Kantstraße, Kurfürstendamm, Lietzenburger Straße, Fasanenplatz sowie Pariser Straße bis zum Hohenzollerndamm und endet am Hohenzollernplatz im Ortsteil Wilmersdorf.
