Das Privilege befindet sich auf der spanischen Insel Ibiza in der Nähe der Stadt Sant Rafel. Die Diskothek wurde anfangs als Freiluftdiskothek eröffnet und ist heute eine geschlossene Anlage. Höhepunkt ist ein Swimmingpool in dem der DJ auf einer Insel residiert. In den 1970er und 1980er Jahren hieß das Privilege noch Ku und war ein Treffpunkt des internationalen Jetset. Im Guinness-Buch der Rekorde ist das Privilege als größter Club der Welt eingetragen.
In der Sommersaison ist je nach Programm mit bis zu 10.000 Gästen zu rechnen. Die anderen Partys sind ebenfalls sehr gut besucht, jedoch sind nicht alle Floors immer geöffnet. Das Privilege hat ein Füllvermögen von 14.000 Menschen. Im Umfeld befindet sich auch die Diskothek Amnesia.
