Die Basilika Santi Giovanni e Paolo , auch Santi Giovanni e Paolo al Celio, ist eine Kirche in Rom, die auf eine der ältesten christlichen Kultstätten der Stadt zurückgeht. Sie ist Titelkirche der römisch-katholischen Kirche und steht im Rang einer Basilica minor. Heute ist sie Klosterkirche des Passionistenordens, Rektoratskirche. Besondere Bedeutung kommt ihr zu wegen der darunter ausgegrabenen Reste antiker römischer Häuser mit vorchristlichen und christlichen Wandbildern.
