Das CitySpire Center ist ein 75-stöckiges Gebäude in der 56. West Street, zwischen der 6. und 7. Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Es wurde im Jahre 1987 fertiggestellt und ist 248 Meter hoch. Eigentümer des Gebäudes ist seit Dezember 2004 die Tishman Speyer Properties. Architekt des Wolkenkratzers war Helmut Jahn. Die Bauarbeiten wurden von dem New Yorker Bauunternehmen Tishman Construction durchgeführt.
Als das CitySpire Center fertiggestellt wurde, war es das zweithöchste Beton-Gebäude der Welt. Zurzeit ist das CitySpire Center das 18-höchste Gebäude in New York. Dabei ist es auch New Yorks höchstes gemischt genutztes und im Betrieb befindliches Hochhaus.
