I can recommend the Mio Cyclo cycling satnav. Great for cycling. Attach to handlebars, download a gpx route onto it and it will take you along the route. I use the Cyclo Mio 300 which has been superceded but can be bought for around £140 if you shop around. It has lots of other useful features (and can even be used as a car satnav (useful for getting you to the start of a cycling route). And No, I am not on 10% - though I should be!
