The most important building of Kršete or Carsette is the church of St. Peter and Paul from the 16th century, renovated in 1885. Among the most important items are two figures in low relief carved on stone pillars probably depicting St. Peter and Paul. They originate from the 12th and 13th century and belong to a series of similar artworks found in the area of Istria, two of them being built into one house in Pore and one in the central part of the façade of the church of St. Servul in Buje.
