Le château d'Ehrenfels, appelé en allemand Burg Ehrenfels, est un château fort situé sur le territoire de la commune grisonne de Sils im Domleschg, en Suisse.
Les origines du château, qui se dresse au sommet d'un double éperon rocheux au sud du village de Sils dans une zone boisée, ne sont pas connues. La tour centrale de quatre étages date probablement de la première moitié du XIIIe siècle, les autres bâtiments ayant été bâtis après coup, la zone résidentielle et le mur d'enceinte datant du XIVe siècle. Le bâtiment est mentionné pour la première fois par écrit en 1423, alors que la famille de Ehrenfels est citée dans un document de 1257.
