L’église de l'Acheiropoiètos est une église byzantine du Ve siècle, située à Thessalonique. Elle est située sur la rue Agia Sophia, près de l'intersection de la rue Egnatia. C'est l'exemple le plus important des modèles de basiliques paléochrétiennes. Elle donne un aperçu du type d'architecture digne de la civilisation byzantine. L'église est inscrite depuis 1988 sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO au sein du bien intitulé « Monuments paléochrétiens et byzantins de Thessalonique ». À cette liste, se rajoute Saint Démétrios, la Rotonde ainsi que le Monastère de Latomou.
