La cathédrale Saint-Patrick , siège du culte anglican de l'Église d'Irlande s'élève dans les quartiers sud de la vieille ville de Dublin, la capitale de l’Irlande, sur un ancien lieu de culte.
Cependant, elle fut entièrement reconstruite, il ne reste donc rien des bâtiments d’origine. Les origines de la cathédrale remontent au Ve siècle. Les Normands la remplacèrent par une construction en pierre en 1191 et le bâtiment que l'on voit aujourd'hui date du XIIIe siècle excepté la tour ouest reconstruite par l'archevêque Minot en 1370 à la suite d'un incendie, ainsi que la flèche qui date de 1749. Il est possible de la visiter.
