Le Fillmore East était une salle de concert gérée par Bill Graham, dans le quartier de East Village à New York.
Située sur la Deuxième Avenue, au niveau de la Sixième Rue, ce lieu apporte à Graham l'équivalent du Fillmore West de San Francisco, sur la côte Est des États-Unis. Ouvert le 8 mars 1968, le Fillmore East devient un haut lieu du rock, avec, plusieurs fois par semaine, deux concerts par jour. Précédemment connu sous un autre nom , ce lieu avait été réputé pour son théâtre yiddish ; il avait aussi servi de cinéma, tombé en ruines avant son rachat par Graham. La salle avait une capacité de 3664 places.
