La Springfield Armory , située dans la ville du même nom, dans le Massachusetts, était le premier centre de fabrication d'armes à feu militaires américaines, de 1777 jusqu'à sa fermeture en 1968.
Après son arrêt controversé, pendant la guerre du Viêt Nam, cette manufacture fut déclarée comme parc national unique dans la région de l'ouest du Massachusetts. Elle dispose des plus grandes collections d'armes à feu historiques au monde.
