C'est la partie du parc la moins accessible, mais aussi l'une des plus belles. Ici, on peut admirer d'immenses monolithes sortis de terre, dans un cadre grandiose.
La zone n'est accessible que par des pistes, praticables uniquement en 4x4, la Hartnet Road et la Caineville Wash Road décrivent une boucle d'une centaine de kilomètres au départ de I'UT24
