Rossa è un comune svizzero di 147 abitanti del Canton Grigioni, nella regione Moesa. Nel 1982 ha inglobato i comuni soppressi di Augio e Santa Domenica. È il più alto villaggio della Val Calanca abitato tutto l'anno con case dal profilo architettonico ben conservato. Viene ritenuto uno dei borghi più belli della Svizzera e della regione Moesa.
Rossa è situato in Val Calanca, sulla sponda sinistra del torrente Calancasca; dista 31 km da Bellinzona e 123 km da Coira. Il punto più elevato del comune è la Cima dei Cogn , sul confine con Malvaglia.
