L'Aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi “Vincenzo Florio” è un aeroporto militare italiano, aperto al traffico civile. Ricade per il 96% sul territorio del comune di Misiliscemi, accanto al fiume Birgi. Lo scalo civile è intitolato a Vincenzo Florio, quello militare alla M.O.V.M. Livio Bassi. Nella zona militare è presente una Forward Operating Base della NATO. Il comando aeroporto è assegnato al comandante del "37º Stormo Caccia" dell'Aeronautica Militare.
