Het kasteel van Vêves is een imposante burcht, hoog op een rots. De bouwgeschiedenis ervan begint in de 12de eeuw. In de 15de eeuw werd het versterkte kasteel verwoest, maar direct erna herbouwd. Vervolgens bracht men wijzigingen aan in renaissancestijl en in het begin van de 18de eeuw werd het interieur veranderd.
