Het theater van het kasteel van Chimay
Het kasteel van Chimay werd in 1935 heropgetrokken op het domein van een paleizencomplex.
Het herbergt een theater dat opgericht werd door Madame Tallien, die in 1805 prinses van Chimay werd. Het dateert uit 1863 en kan pronken met een ovalen, Italiaanse zaal, met een parterre, twee balkons en de prinselijke loge. Zijn opmerkelijke plafond bestaat uit een afgeplatte koepel die het paradijs afbeeldt, met in zijn centrum een rozet van opengewerkt hout.
Het hele decor ademt de sfeer van de kartons die onder Lodewijk XV getekend werden voor het theater van Fontainebleau.
Sinds 1991 is de zaal het schouwtoneel van een internationaal gerenommeerde wedstrijd voor barokzang.
