Schuin ingeplante vrijstaande wegkapel, op de hoek van de Smidsestraat en de Oude Molenstraat naast café " 't Zonneken". Privé-eigendom. Gebouwd in 1911 en plechtig ingewijd op 15 augustus 1911, ongeveer op de plaats waar, zie het Land- en Kaartboek van Grembergen van 1772-1783, een minstens tot het laatste kwart van de 18de eeuw opklimmende Onze-Lieve-Vrouw ter Noodkapel stond. Op dit terrein werd in het begin van de 19de eeuw de houten korenwindmolen Matthys opgericht, vanaf 1844 eigendom van Willem De Wit en in 1854 uitgebreid met een mechanische maalderij. De windmolen geraakte in onbruik en werd circa 1867 afgebroken; de maalderij werd circa 1890 stopgezet.
