La Seu d'Urgell is een gemeente in de Spaanse provincie Lleida in de regio Catalonië met een oppervlakte van 15 km². In 2007 telde La Seu d'Urgell 12.703 inwoners. Het is de hoofdstad van de huidige comarca Alt Urgell en de voormalige hoofdstad van het graafschap Urgell.
De stad is vooral bekend vanwege het feit dat de bisschop van Urgell hier huist. Deze bisschop is sinds 1277 co-staatshoofd van het nabijgelegen land Andorra. Een van de bisschoppen van Urgell, Rodrigo Borgia, werd in 1492 tot paus Alexander VI gekozen. De huidige bisschop van Urgell is sinds 2003 Joan Enric Vives i Sicília.
