De Sant’Antonio di Padova a Circonvallazione Appia is een kerk in Rome, gelegen aan de Via Circonvallazione Appiaia, in de wijk Appio-Latino, ten zuidwesten van het centrum van de Italiaanse hoofdstad. De kerk is gewijd aan de heilige Antonius van Padua. De kerk werd in de jaren tachtig van de twintigste eeuw gebouwd. De gelijknamige parochie werd in 1988 in het leven geroepen door de kardinaal-vicaris van Rome, Ugo Poletti. De bediening van de parochie werd gegund aan de paters Rogationisten van het H. Hart van Jezus. In de gevel van deze - grote - kerk werd een reliëf aangebracht, voorstellende Sint Antonius die wezen begeleidt. De kerk heeft een schip en drie zijbeuken. Centraal boven het schip bevindt zich een koepel. Door de ramen hierin, wordt de kerk voornamelijk door daglicht verlicht.
