Opwarming van 16 km. Intervaltraining tussen de laatste twee punten. Is ongeveer anderhalve km tussen twee rotondes. We kunnen 500 interval doen, dan losrijden tot aan volgende rotonde. Daar kan veilig overgestoken worden naar fietspad op andere kant van de rijweg. Daar kan je opnieuw 500 m interval doen en km losrijden tot aan volgende rotonde. Dan heb je interval eens met wind mee en eens met wind tegen.
