La carnisseria de Serge Bodson és un negoci d'artesania des de 1992. La seva façana notablement decorada atrau els clients.
Des de fa més de 20 anys, la carnisseria Dubois també ofereix un servei de càtering a mida , especialitzat en tot tipus de carns a la brasa.
Amb la seva experiència com a carnisser a l'empresa familiar del seu oncle, Serge va decidir obrir la seva pròpia carnisseria al petit poble de Durbuy.
Al llarg dels anys, el carnisser Bodson s'ha fet un nom en el camp de la carn curada de les Ardenes. Ara és el torn de la següent generació d'assumir la torxa, Maxime i Guillaume, els dos fills, i continuar amb les tradicions familiars.
