Die Metzgerei von Serge Bodson ist seit 1992 ein Handwerksbetrieb. Ihre auffällig verzierte Fassade zieht Kunden an.
Seit mehr als 20 Jahren bietet die Metzgerei Dubois auch einen maßgeschneiderten Catering-Service an, der auf alle Arten von gegrilltem Fleisch spezialisiert ist.
Mit seiner Erfahrung als Metzger im Familienbetrieb seines Onkels beschloss Serge, seine eigene Metzgerei in der kleinen Stadt Durbuy zu eröffnen.
Der Metzger Bodson hat sich im Laufe der Jahre einen Namen auf dem Gebiet der Wurstwaren aus den Ardennen gemacht. Jetzt ist die nächste Generation an der Reihe, die Fackel aufzunehmen, Maxime und Guillaume, die beiden Söhne, und die Familientraditionen fortzusetzen.
