De slagerij van Serge Bodson is een ambachtelijke zaak sinds 1992. De opmerkelijk gedecoreerde gevel trekt klanten aan.
Sinds meer dan 20 jaar biedt de slagerij Dubois ook een traiteurdienst op maat aan, gespecialiseerd in alle soorten gegrild vlees.
Met zijn ervaring als slager in het familiebedrijf van zijn oom, besloot Serge zijn eigen slagerij te openen in het klein stadje Durbuy.
In de loop der jaren heeft slagerij Bodson naam gemaakt op het gebied van Ardeens pekelvlees. Het is nu de beurt aan de volgende generatie om de fakkel over te nemen, Maxime en Guillaume, de twee zonen, en om de familietradities voort te zetten.
