Aquesta capella del moll es troba a l'encreuament de la Rue de Houyoux i la Rue de Hoüte.
La senzilla capella s'aixeca sobre una pilastra o estaca de pedra.
La paraula capella deriva del llatí cappa = capa, diminutiu capella, i fa referència a la capa de Sant Martí , bisbe de Tours. Sint Maarten va regalar la seva mitja capa a un pobre, la mitja capa es va convertir en una relíquia i l'habitació on es guardava la capa s'anomenava metonímicament capella o capella. A partir del segle VII capella es va convertir en un nom per a un (petit) lloc de culte.
