Caesaraugusta o Caesar Augusta va ser el nom de la ciutat romana de Saragossa, fundada com a colònia immune de Roma en l'any 14 aC, possiblement el 23 de desembre, sobre la ciutat ibèrica intensament romanitzada de Salduie. La seva fundació va tenir lloc en el marc de la reorganització de les províncies d'Hispània per Cèsar August després de la seva victòria en les guerres càntabres.
