Courmont és un municipi francès al departament de l'Alt Saona i a la regió de Borgonya - Franc Comtat. L'any 2007 tenia 104 habitants.
A l'edat mitjana Courmont era un feu de Granges. El poble va quedar definitivament unit al Regne de França el 1678, com tot el Franc Comtat, amb el Tractat de Nimega.
