El bisbat d'Angulema és una seu de l'Església Catòlica a França, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Poitiers. Al 2012 tenia 264.000 batejats sobre una població de 352.110 habitants. Actualment està regida pel bisbe Hervé Gosselin.
El territori s'estén sobre 5.972 km², i està dividit en 88 parròquies, agrupades en 13 vicariats.
