La Porte Neuve és una de les quatre portes de les muralles de Boulogne-sur-Mer.
Les muralles van ser construïdes a principis del segle XIII sobre els fonaments d'una muralla galorromana per Philippe d'Hurepel, comte de Boulogne. Les bases de la torre daten del segle XVI; el portal i els contraforts de 1632. El pas de vianants es va construir el 1895. A sobre, una estàtua de fusta de la Verge Maria s'alça sobre un edifici conegut al segle XIX com a "Aubete" i utilitzat com a residència d'un major auxiliar. Va ser destruït cap a 1866.
