El Complex de Samotràcia és un dels principals santuaris panhel·lènics, situat en l'illa de Samotràcia, a Tràcia. Construït immediatament a l'oest de les muralles de la ciutat de Samotràcia, era independent com ho mostra l'enviament d'ambaixadors de la ciutat al santuari durant les festes.
Era cèlebre en el conjunt del món grec des de l'època clàssica pel seu culte mistèric, un culte ctònic que no era menys famós que el dels misteris d'Eleusis, i nombrosos personatges van ser allà iniciats: l'historiador Heròdot, un dels estranys autors en haver deixat algunes indicacions sobre la naturalesa dels misteris, l'espartà Lisandre, així com nombrosos atenesos. El culte és esmentat per Plató i Aristòfanes.
