Het heiligdom van de Grote Goden van Samothrake , gelegen op het eiland Samothrake binnen het grotere Thracië, was een van de belangrijkste pan-Helleense heiligdommen. Hoewel het direct ten westen van de stadsmuren van Samothrake was gebouwd, was het onafhankelijk, zoals blijkt uit het feit dat ambassadeurs van de polis Samothrake erheen werden gezonden tijdens festivals.
