Palazzo Costantino va ser construït a la segona meitat del segle XVIII sobre edificis anteriors del segle XVII.
Comprat pel marquès Costantino i Leone, va ser renovat l'any 1785 , basat en un disseny de Venanzio Marvuglia, els sostres van ser pintats per Gioacchino Martorana.
No en queda cap rastre dels miralls daurats, les portes pintades amb portes superiors, els canelobres de vidre de Murano, les consoles i els mobles. Però continua sent emocionant entrar. A la galeria, el fresc "La batalla de Constantí" de Giuseppe Velasco ocupa tot el sostre.
