La Biblioteca Vaticana o Biblioteca Apostòlica Vaticana és la biblioteca de la Santa Seu, la qual es troba a la Ciutat del Vaticà.
La Biblioteca Vaticana, formalment establerta el 1475 tot i que ja funcionava abans, és una de les més antigues del món i custodia una important col·lecció de manuscrits històrics. Té 75.000 còdexs de tota la història, així com 1,1 milions de llibres impresos, que inclouen uns 8.500 incunables.
