Kirken Santa Creu i Canillo er en historisk kirke med populær religiøs arkitektur fra barokken beliggende på venstre bred af Valira d'Orient, ved dens passage gennem Canillo, på den gamle kongevej, hvor vejen til Prats begynder. Den er beskyttet som et kulturarvsobjekt i klassifikationen af monument.
Kirken blev bygget i slutningen af det 17. århundrede og begyndelsen af det 18. århundrede. Den første dokumentariske reference er fra året 1712. På det barokke altertavle fremgår datoen 1739. I 2004 blev den genstand for en restaurering.
