Donaukanalen er en kanalisert biflod af Donau i Wien. Donaukanalen afleder ved forstaden Nußdorf, i den nordlige del af Wien, fra hovedfloden, for at munde ud i Donau igen ved havnen i Albern. Det danner dermed en ø, hvor de wienesiske kvarterer Leopoldstadt og Brigittenau ligger. Donaukanalen flyder langs Wiens indre by. Her munder også Wien ud i Donaukanalen. Wien ligger således faktisk ved Donaukanalen og ikke ved hovedstrømmen af Donau, som ofte antages.
